Cascade Animal Clinic is located in Springfield at
671 W. Centennial Blvd. next to Value Village in the Centennial Center shopping plaza.
From Pioneer Parkway, turn west onto Centennial Blvd. Go 1/2 mile to Prescott and turn left at the traffic signal. Turn right into the parking lot, and you will find the clinic at the far west end of the shopping center complex.
From Coburg Rd. in Eugene, take Martin Luther King Blvd. past Autzen Stadium. Martin Luther King Blvd. will become
W. Centennial Blvd. Continue on W. Centennial 1.7 miles past Autzen Stadium. The clinic will be on your right. |
